[ENGLISH] On Indigenous Peoples and Moro Human Rights Day, Panaghiusa reaffirms its call to uphold Indigenous Peoples’ rights. As the Indigenous Peoples call for justice for victims of enforced disappearance, illegal arrest and detention, and killings, Filipinos must also expose and oppose the massive corruption under the regime of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte.

[TAGALOG] Nanawagan ang Panaghiusa sa UN Country Team at diplomatic community na maglabas ng pahayag ng pagkabahala sa kalagayan ng mga Katutubo sa Pilipinas, batay sa mga kasong inilahad. Nanawagan sila na suportahan ng UN Country Team at diplomatic community ang mga panawagan para sa pananagutan at pagsasagawa ng mga independent investigation sa lahat ng kaso ng paglabag sa karapatang pantao at IHL.

Members of Panaghiusa urged the UN Country Team and diplomatic community to issue statements of concern on the situation of the Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines, citing the cases presented. They further urged them to support the call for accountability and independent investigations into all documented cases of human rights and IHL violations.

Mahigit 400 residente ang nagtipon para sa isang misa at programang pangkomunidad upang basbasan ang kanilang bagong tayong barikada, isang sagradong simbolo ng pagkakaisa, pagbabantay, at pagtutol. [ENGLISH] On October 13, 2025, the mountains bore witness to a powerful act of resistance. Over 400 residents gathered for a mass and community program to bless their newly installed barricade, a sacred symbol of unity, vigilance, and defiance.
